1) In my family, 5 family values are: Spending time with and trusting God, not eating and drinking simultaneously, honesty, obedience by children within the family and having a healthy diet.

2) Some of the ethics statements I would write are :
1. Creating a culture of warmth and belonging, where everyone is welcome.
2. Respecting the rights and dignity of others.
3. Do not let the pressure to succeed make you do things you know are wrong.
4. Speak up if you see or suspect abuse.
