Showing kindness not only to others but to myself, focusing on the present, and spending time alone stood out most to me. For me, being kind is often easier when it comes to others than myself so I plan to practice positive self talk and ask for help when I need it. I also plan to focus more on the present rather than the past and future. I already like spending time alone but now I plan to use some of that time to reflect on things.
